Association 10 Teen Recognition Event
Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors

Awards and special honors should have been earned from 4/1/11-4/2/12. Deadline to submit to Association 10 is April 1. High School seniors, submit bios only by April 17, to be printed in our event program or CASP3R newsletter.  Please submit this form whether you plan to attend the event or not.  We will also send this data to your Service Unit.

Note: Remember you need to complete the Silver Award Report Form found in Kaleidoscope and Return completed form to any GSCNC shop to purchase your Silver Award pin.  A list of girls who have completed requirements for Council/National Awards is published in TTG.  This form below does NOT send info to Council, nor will you receive your award here.  It only gives Association 10 your accomplishments for recognition at our local spring teen recognition event.
