GS Day Camps of So MD

Camp brochures for Summer Day and Evening Programs are on-line for 2012 at GSCNC.  Register early for best spots. All camps fill quickly!

Consider volunteering this summer at camp. Reduced fees for GS daughters at camp, guaranteed placement for your daughter, and special units for tag-a-long children of staff at camp are available (subject to volunteer availability). Take leave from work and come to camp! Military personnel can obtain approval for volunteer service without taking personal leave. If you are military, check with your command for more info. Some positions do not require attendance at camp.  See volunteer position description page for details.  You may find a job for you!

Be sure you fill in all parts of the registration form - common data omissions that we must have for adult & camper-->>tetanus shot date, bus or carpool info, troop #, parent signature, entire health history side left blank, no parent signature.

Required Dress for Campers - proper summer dress or spring dress is important for a happy camper.

Home Schoolers or non-MD schools - If you are home schooling your child, child is pre-school age, or child is not attending a MD school or day care center, a copy of immunization record must accompany registration form. This record must be on-file at camp, as required by Maryland Health Dept.

Tax Information:  

Receipts for day camp will be given only after the camp has ended. To request a receipt letter, please e-mail daycamps@gscnc.org or call the School Break Programs Specialist at (202) 274-3329 or (800) 523-7898 ext. 229.
