If you do not choose to register via the preferred, on-line method and want to mail the form, use address below. Mail waivers/vendor releases [horse riding, rafting, tubing] to the address below. Or you may email to camp or FAX them to us. To pay by mail calculate your total due and mail a check for that amount, or mail separate checks/camper. Please include Camp ID and/or Child's name and Camp Name (ex. Teen Treks, Spring Camp, etc) either on check, or a note attached. To pay by your Bank Bill Payer service, use the address below and 9999 or 62008 for account # (or whatever your bank accepts as this is not used by us).
