Are you
seeking travel and adventure? Try one of the new, all-teen
camps (for girls age 11-17. Some programs are for girls
entering 7th+ grades) . Transportation available from select
locations.

Teen Tuesday at
Camp Winona June 17, 2008

Choose
from the all new Teen Treks - "Skills-n-Thrills"
for one day at a time. March 24, May 18, June 20, July 25, and
August 4.

new event--Spring break
Mini-Camp at Camp Winona.
"Get in the Game" for just 3 days,17-19 March 2008.

Choose an
adventure unit from the Camp Winona Teen
day camp program--"Wizard
Trail Mix" for a whole week of fun and travel with a wizard
twist. 16-20 June 2008

Choose
to be part of the Teen
Staff,
an Aide in a unit/center or an AIT at Winona 1.
Winona Teen:
"Wizard Trail Mix"
Camp held at Gilbert Run Park, with a day at resident Camp Winona.
Paddle boating, archery, and science wizard activities at Gilbert Run
one day; with swimming, canoeing, and crafts at Camp Winona another day.
Rest of week is traveling and adventure.
Teen Adventure 1: horse back riding, water park, and a trip to the
Air & Space Museum for a Planetarium show.
Teen Adventure 2:
whitewater rafting with Teen Trek camp, water park, and a trip to
the Air & Space Museum for a Planetarium show.

"Get in the Game"

Start
spring break as you try various sports such as indoor games, ice
skating, and jazzercise. Take a trip to learn some martial
arts and self-defense techniques. Shape up and join us.
Teen Treks:

Day
treks with a different thrill each time. Go horse riding,
swimming, dinner theater, whitewater rafting, and tubing.
Choose one or all treks.
Teen Staff
Be a Teen Aide/Staff at Winona 1, Spring Mini-camp, or Bay Breeze if
you are in grades 9-12. Or join an Aide-In-Training (AIT) unit if
you are in grade 8-11. AITs earn the Program Aide Pin and
hours toward the Program Aide Patch. Teen Aides earn
leadership or service hours to be used with programs of their
choice. If a Senior GS and want to earn the Senior Program
Aide pin (already have the Cadette one) and are an Aide at camp, let
us know and we will work with you so you'll get your specialty
training.
